Return & Refund Policy – Her Era

Due to the nature of our beauty products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will gladly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if applicable.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Her Era is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

We do not offer refunds for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Incorrect shipping information

    •    Normal wear or personal preference
